25 years and 3 countries. My career has been defined by navigating technical risk for global banks, aviation, and human risk at the highest level - leading emergency responder support and crisis intervention. Whether it’s a failing system or a failing spirit, the solution is Systemic Stability.
I’ve led Governance, Risk, and Compliance for some of the biggest names in aviation and banking. I continue to lead one of the leading Veteran and Emergency Responder support charities in New Zealand.

1. Strategy is a Stabilizer, Not Just a Growth Tool Most people think strategy is for moving forward. I believe strategy is first about stopping the spin. Whether it’s a business unit or a personal life transition, you cannot accelerate until you have stabilized the system. We build the "Rules of Engagement" and "Firewalls" first so you have a secure platform to grow from.
2. The Human is the Critical Infrastructure In GRC (Governance, Risk, and Compliance), we look for single points of failure. In your life and business, you are that point.
